WaterFlow Explore is an innovative online rental project for sports equipment in the Algarve, with delivery and collection at the location requested by the customer at no additional cost.

WaterFlow Explore sports equipment can be rented through the website www.waterflow.pt, through the social networks of WaterFlow Explore or directly by telephone.

WaterFlow Explore accepts electronic payments through the website, such as debit / credit cards, PayPal or digital currencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin). On-site payments can be made in cash or by MB WAY.

All rentals include free delivery and collection of the equipment at the location designated by the customer, within the municipalities of Portimão, Lagoa or Silves.

The delivery time must be agreed with the customer, at least one day before the first rental day, and must be between 7 am and 10 am.

The pick-up time can be agreed with the customer during the last rental day, and must not be later than 8pm.

All rentals include delivery and free collection of the equipment at the location designated by the customer, within the municipalities of Portimão, Lagoa or Silves.

These counties include:

Portimão, Mexilhoeira Grande, Alvor, Praia da Rocha, Ferragudo, Parchal, Carvoeiro, Benagil, Lagoa, Silves, Armação de Pêra, Silves, Odelouca, among others.

Yes, all rentals include insurance. The insurance can be activated whenever necessary, provided that all rules and requirements have been met during the rental period. For more information regarding insurance, see our Terms and Conditions.

On our website, the minimum rental period is 1 day. However, if you want to rent equipment for half a day, you can contact us and we will check if there is availability.

You can book at least 10 hours in advance of the booking period and less than 12 months in advance.

  • Reservations made more than 12 months in advance will not be accepted. Please contact us directly.
  • Reservations made less than 10 am in advance will not be accepted. Please contact us directly.

Yes, after making your reservation on our website you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the reservation and the respective receipt.

Yes, you can extend the rental period. Just contact us and we will check the availability of the equipment for the desired period.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation. Cancellation of reservations up to 48 hours before the start of the rental is free of charge. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Minors can rent equipment from WaterFlow Explore. However, when the equipment is delivered, a responsible person must be present, of legal age, with a valid identification document and must sign the term of responsibility for the equipment rented by the minor.

There is no deposit for the rental of the equipment, however WaterFlow Explore reserves the right to retain customer data until the equipment is inspected and to contact customers in case of any divergence or damage to the equipment. Customers will be contacted and responsible for payment for damaged equipment.

In the event of damage / theft / loss of any equipment, the customer must immediately contact WaterFlow Explore in order to speed up or mitigate the situation.

  • In the event of damage, the customer will be held responsible for the damage and will be subject to payment for the equipment.
  • In the event of theft, WaterFlow Explore will contact the authorities in an attempt to recover the equipment. The client must always collaborate with the authority in order to facilitate the process. In case it is not recovered, the customer will be held responsible and will be subject to the payment of the equipment.
  • In the event of loss, the customer will be liable for the lost equipment and will be subject to payment for the equipment.
